Championship Clash

posted 21 Jul 2014, 04:23 by Rosie Twohig
Juniors will travel to Ballinora this evening @ 8pm, to open the group stages of the championship. This game anticipates to be a highly exciting clash with nothing separating the side on their last encounter.
Banteer received a bye in the first round, where Ballinora got their first taste of championship ofF to a flying start with a 5-12 to -6 win over Blarney last week.
Despite a few Banteer players on holidays for tonight's game, they now have all their exam players back along with players on holidays, all whom were missing for the league final.

A win for Banteer this evening will keep the pressure off heading into their next game, while a loss will mean a must win for the rest of their group games.

BEST OF LUCK TO ALL INVOLVED :-))
