This week saw a couple of victories for our teams. Last Monday saw the U16 Hurlers travel to Castletownroche to play Ballycastle Gaels and the boys were to have a good night on the Hurl in this one, coming away with a significant victory on a scoreline of 7:19 to 0:05. On the same evening the U12 hurlers traveled to Newmarket to take on the local boys and once again the Banteer boys came away with a win on a score of 9:5 to 3:7. on Wednesday evening the U12 footballers played Croke Rovers in Castlemagner and once again they secured victory in this. On Thursday evening the U14 hurlers are travelling to Kilshannig for a match, the U13 hurlers are in action on Saturday with the U15 footballers travelling to Limerick for a tournament.
